SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT

READ THE FOLLOWING LICENCE AGREEMENT BEFORE DOWNLOADING
THIS SOFTWARE. 

The program in this package is a proprietary product of 
TMCRadio* and is protected by copyright law. TMCRadio* 
retains the title to, and ownership of, the program. 
You are licensed to use the program on the following 
terms and conditions:

1. The program is only licensed to you. You may not rent,
   lease, sublicense, sell or otherwise dispose of the 
   program, on a temporary or permanent basis, without the 
   prior consent of TMCRadio*.
2. You may not de-compile, disassemble, reverse engineer, 
   or in any way modify the program code without the prior 
   consent of TMCRadio*.
3. TMCRadio* is under no obligation to inform you of 
   program updates.

IN NO EVENT WILL TMCRadio* BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES,
INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER 
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR
USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF TMCRadio* OR
AN AUTHORISED TMCRadio* REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED
OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, 
UNDERSTOOD IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND 
CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND
EXHAUSTIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US WHICH
SUPERCEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN,
AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE
SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT

THE LICENCE AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND INTERPRETED
IN ACCORDANCE WITH AUSTRALIAN LAW AND SUBJECT TO THE 
JURISDICTION OF THE AUSTRALIAN COURTS.
