Installation :

Install "Simoco Feature Authorization Tool" onto the PC.



Usage :
------------
Windows: START > All Programs > SIMOCO > Feature Authorisation Tool

1.   Options > Port > (Select ComPort for your FPP Lead)

2.   Connect Radio (running P25 SW) to FPP Lead and ensure radio is turned ON.
     (After ~15 seconds : Observe the Radio SerialNumber shows up in the upper display area
      ...and the Status-Line should show a green Indicator Dot.)

3 (Option A).   Single Radio using Manual Code Entry:
     Type the Authorisation Code into the "Manual Entry" fields.

3 (Option B).   Multiple Radios using CSV File:
     File > Open CSV file > (select the filename containing the Radio SerialNumbers and AuthorisationCodes)

4.   Click on the "Activate" button to load the code(s) into the radio.
     (Note: Several codes may be loaded if the CSV file contains more than one entry for a Radio SerialNumber)

5.   When complete, unplug the Radio and connect the next radio.


WARNING : Do not unplug or switch off the radio whilst the code(s) are being programmed.
